gmene Terms & Conditions — Complete Membership Guidelines

Gmene (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered members and visitors of the Platform.

If any suspicious activity is detected on your account, gmene reserves the right to temporarily suspend it for investigation. Your balance will remain safe during this period.

Gmene accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposit amounts are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• No processing fees on deposits.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals on gmene. Please read them carefully before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000. Separate limits apply for VIP members.

For any unusual or suspicious transactions, gmene reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending verification. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Gmene offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of activation.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit. Available one time only.
• Reload Bonus: Offered on a weekly or monthly basis for regular members.
• Cashback: A portion of losses is refunded subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Withdrawals are not permitted until the required bet amount has been wagered after receiving a bonus. Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.

The following rules apply to all members when placing bets on gmene:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• If a bet fails to process due to a network issue, the amount will be returned to your account.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, gmene reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

Gmene takes a strict stance against all forms of match-fixing and manipulation. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gmene Platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using software bots or automated programs for betting.
• Playing with funds from third-party sources.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Collecting or misusing the account information of other members.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. Contact our support team and your account will be closed within 24 hours.

Gmene reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Court orders or legal obligations.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned through the designated process — unless that balance is associated with prohibited activity.

Gmene believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That is why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily close your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Reality Check: You have the option to receive reminders about your wagering activity at set intervals.
